In some instances, our photo may represent an overall theme or look and include a one-of-a-kind vase which cannot be exactly replicated.
Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.
If any design elements are of major importance to your order, please include them in the florist instructions at checkout or contact us to ensure availability.

I was very pleased with my order and experience with your store. I placed my order in the morning and let your store know the recipient's clinic closed at 3 PM. Not only was a beautiful bouquet sent. It arrived at 1 PM. My friend called me to thank me. She said the bouquet was gorgeous and made her cry. I will definitely contact you again next time I need to send flowers. I live in another state now but used to live in Sherman Oaks for many years and have known about Casa De Flores. Thank you so much.

We were pleasantly overwhelmingly happy with the arrangement that was given to a family member. She was very happy and commented that the color of the flowers and coordination of the arrangement was beautiful. I've received arrangements from you in the past and have never been disappointed.
